Indication & Scope
Icotinib Hydrochloride Tablets (Conmanac®) is a first-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). It selectively inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase activity, blocks downstream signal transduction, inhibits tumor cell proliferation and promotes tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 125mg orally three times daily, swallow whole with water, can be taken with or without food
Time: Fixed oral administration, 3 times a day at regular intervals
Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 related drugs; monitor liver function regularly
Side effects: Rash, diarrhea, elevated transaminases, dry skin, pruritus, interstitial lung disease
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
