 Indication & Scope

Apatinib Mesylate Tablets (AiTan®) is an oral small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits VEGFR-2, blocking VEGF-mediated tumor angiogenesis, cutting off tumor blood supply and inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Advanced gastric cancer: 850mg once daily; single-agent advanced HCC:750mg once daily; adjust dose according to adverse reactions; take orally, do not chew or break

 

Time: Take 30 minutes after meals with warm water, fixed time daily, do not double dose if missed

 

Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers; monitor for bleeding risk with anticoagulants; avoid major surgery within 30 days

 

Side effects: Hypertension, proteinuria, hand-foot syndrome, bleeding, myelosuppression, diarrhea, liver function abnormalities, QT interval prolongation

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
