Indication & Scope
Lansoprazole Enteric-coated Tablets (LanXiDuo®) is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion. It inhibits the H+/K+-ATPase enzyme of gastric parietal cells, blocks the final step of acid secretion, reduces gastric acid volume and acidity, and heals acid-related mucosal lesions.

Acts as a selective proton pump inhibitor, concentrates in gastric parietal cells, inactivates proton pumps, significantly inhibits basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion, and protects gastric mucosa. - Drug class

For gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome; duodenal ulcer: 4–6 weeks treatment; gastric ulcer/reflux esophagitis: 6–8 weeks treatment.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Oral administration, do not chew. Usually 15–30mg once daily in the morning.
Time: Take on an empty stomach in the morning; swallow whole, do not break or chew the tablet.
Interaction: Caution when combined with other drugs metabolized by liver enzymes; consult a doctor before combined use.
Side effects: Mild dry mouth, dizziness, nausea occasionally; stop use immediately if allergic reactions occur.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
