Description
Indication & Scope
BangRuiShun (Bezacitinib) is a domestically developed selective JAK2 inhibitor indicated for adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk myelofibrosis. By targeting JAK2-mediated signaling pathways, Bezacitinib helps reduce disease-related splenomegaly and improve myelofibrosis-associated symptoms.
- Mechanism: Bezacitinib selectively inhibits Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) signaling, including pathways associated with JAK2 V617F mutation, reducing abnormal cytokine signaling involved in myeloproliferative neoplasm progression.
- Drug class: Selective Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) inhibitor.
- Clinical use: Treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk PMF, PPV-MF, or PET-MF.
