Tylenol® (Paracetamol Suspension Drops) is an OTC antipyretic and analgesic indicated for fever associated with the common cold or influenza and relief of mild-to-moderate pain in children.
- Mechanism: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis to produce antipyretic and analgesic effects.
- Drug class: Non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1–3 years (10–15 kg): 1–1.5 mL; 4–6 years (16–21 kg): 1.5–2 mL; 7–9 years (22–27 kg): 2–3 mL; 10–12 years (28–32 kg): 3–3.5 mL per dose.
Time: Repeat every 4–6 hours if fever or pain persists; no more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
Instructions for use: Shake well before use. Use the supplied dropper to measure the dose. Do not use with other paracetamol-containing medicines. Children should use the product under adult supervision.
Interaction: Long-term concomitant use with barbiturates or anticonvulsants may increase the risk of liver damage. Concomitant use with chloramphenicol may increase chloramphenicol toxicity.
Side effects: Occasional rash, urticaria, drug fever, or granulocytopenia may occur. Rare severe skin reactions may occur. Overdose or prolonged high-dose use may cause severe liver injury and hepatic or renal dysfunction.
