PeiMin® is a prescription long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
- Mechanism: Selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors and reduces histamine-mediated allergic responses.
- Drug class: Second-generation H1 antihistamine.
- Clinical use: Relief of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria symptoms.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults and adolescents ≥12 years: 10 mL (5 mg) once daily; children 6–11 years: 5 mL (2.5 mg) once daily; children 1–5 years: 2.5 mL (1.25 mg) once daily.
Time: Once daily.
Instructions for use: Take orally, with or without food. Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment.
Interaction: No clinically significant interactions have been established with ketoconazole, erythromycin, azithromycin, cimetidine, or fluoxetine. Consult a physician or pharmacist before concomitant use with other medicines.
Side effects: Common reactions include fatigue, dry mouth, and headache. Other reported reactions include gastrointestinal symptoms, rash, palpitations, tachycardia, and elevated liver enzymes.
