Indication & Scope
Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Capsules (OuBeiTuo®) is a proton pump inhibitor, the S-isomer of omeprazole. It acts on the H+/K+-ATPase proton pump of gastric parietal cells, blocking the final step of gastric acid secretion. It suppresses both basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion effectively, reduces gastric acidity, repairs damaged esophageal and gastric mucosa, and relieves reflux and ulcer symptoms.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Oral administration, swallow whole, do not chew or open the capsules. Standard dose: 20mg or 40mg once daily on an empty stomach in the morning; H. pylori eradication: 20mg twice daily with antibiotics for 10–14 days.
Time: Take on an empty stomach before meals; do not damage the enteric coating.
Interaction: Affects absorption of acid-dependent medicines; caution with CYP450-metabolized drugs and digoxin, ketoconazole, etc. Do not use with nelfinavir.
Side effects: Headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, dry mouth; rare rash, liver function abnormalities, hypomagnesemia. Discontinue immediately if allergic reactions occur.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
