 Indication & Scope

Paclitaxel Solution (Liporaxel®) is a lipid self-emulsifying oral taxane anti-tumor drug. It binds to tubulin, stabilizes microtubule structure, inhibits microtubule depolymerization, blocks tumor cell mitosis and causes tumor cell apoptosis; the lipid formulation improves oral bioavailability, enabling oral chemotherapy administration.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Administer orally according to the official regimen, take with necessary anti-allergy premedication, follow body surface area dosing schedule; do not crush or alter the formulation

 

Time: Fixed scheduled oral administration, follow the prescribed cycle and meal instructions

 

Interaction: Monitor CYP enzyme metabolized drugs, avoid incompatible medications; check for drug interactions

 

Side effects: Myelosuppression, gastrointestinal discomfort, alopecia, fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, hypersensitivity reactions

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
