Indication & Scope
FuBiDing® (Desloratadine Dispersible Tablets) is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal itching, nasal congestion, itchy eyes, and watery eyes. They are also indicated for the relief of pruritus and reduction of the number and size of wheals associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria.
- Mechanism: Desloratadine is a long-acting, selective peripheral histamine H1-receptor antagonist. It inhibits histamine-mediated allergic responses, thereby reducing symptoms such as sneezing, itching, rhinorrhea, and urticaria.
- Drug class: Second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine; selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist.
- Clinical use: Symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and appropriate pediatric patients.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: take 1 tablet (5 mg) once daily. Pediatric dosing should follow the approved labeling and medical advice.
Time: Take orally once daily, with or without food.
Instructions for use: The dispersible tablet may be dispersed in warm water before administration or swallowed directly with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Interaction: Concomitant use with sedatives or other medicines that may cause drowsiness should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist. Patients should inform healthcare professionals about all medicines they are taking.
Side effects: Possible adverse reactions include dry mouth, headache, fatigue, dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, and, less commonly, palpitations, insomnia, or drowsiness. Hypersensitivity reactions may rarely occur.
