BaiKeFen® Ibuprofen Granulesreduces fever caused by common cold and influenza; relieves various mild to moderate pain including headache, joint pain and toothache.
- Mechanism: Inhibits cyclooxygenase activity, reduces prostaglandin synthesis, exerts rapid antipyretic and analgesic effects through fast dissolution and absorption of granular formulation.
- Drug class: Oral granular non-steroidal antipyretic and analgesic drug.
- Clinical use: Suitable for symptomatic fever reduction and pain relief in adults and children who have difficulty taking tablets or capsules.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults and children over 12 years old, 1 bag each time, 3 times daily; children under 12 years old adjust dosage by weight and age.
Time: Post-meal oral administration with 6-8 hour interval between doses.
Instructions for use: Dissolve granules in warm boiled water and take orally; do not use for more than 3 consecutive days for fever relief.
Interaction: Combined use with other antipyretic analgesics increases adverse reaction risk; combined use with cardiovascular drugs may affect efficacy.
Side effects: Common mild stomach discomfort, occasional dizziness and fatigue; rare allergic rash and gastrointestinal bleeding.
