Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets is an oral novel proton pump inhibitor for adult patients with duodenal ulcer, applied in acid suppression therapy to accelerate ulcer mucosal healing for acid-related gastric lesions.

As an innovative benzimidazole-type proton pump inhibitor, it irreversibly binds to gastric parietal cell H⁺-K⁺-ATPase to block the final step of gastric acid secretion, delivering long-lasting potent anti-secretory activity with minimal metabolic dependence on CYP2C19 enzyme. - Drug class

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 20mg orally once daily on an empty stomach. Take the tablet whole without chewing, crushing or splitting.
Time: Administer 30 minutes before breakfast daily; continuous medication for 4 weeks as a standard treatment course for duodenal ulcer.
Interaction: For oral administration only. Avoid combined use of other proton pump inhibitors during treatment. No significant food interference when taken on an empty stomach.
Side effects: Mild, transient reactions common: abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness and headache. Rare rash, pruritus and liver function abnormality; severe adverse reactions are extremely rare.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
