Bond-Aid® Benzalkonium Chloride Patches sterilizes, stops bleeding and protects superficial minor cuts and abrasions on skin.
- Mechanism: Benzalkonium chloride broad-spectrum bactericide suppresses wound surface bacteria; adhesive film isolates external pollutants to prevent secondary infection.
- Drug class: External antibacterial medical dressing (disinfectant topical product).
- Clinical use: Temporary protection and sterilization for small superficial skin trauma.
- Related Product: The same brand has different types of products marketed as Waterproof Adhesive Bandages. Although both products are bandages, they are containing different active ingredients and approved for different therapeutic indications.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: One plaster completely covering each small wound surface.
Time: Replace every 8–12 hours or immediately once plaster gets wet or contaminated.
Instructions for use: Clean and dry wound thoroughly before attachment; stop use if skin redness and itching appear around wound.
Interaction: No interactive risks with external ointments when applied separately.
Side effects: Occasional local skin itching and redness for sensitive skin; rare contact dermatitis.
