Vortioxetine Hydrobromide Tablets (ShiYao®), multi-target serotonergic antidepressant, blocks 5-HT reuptake, activates 5-HT1A and inhibits 5-HT3/5-HT7 to modulate cerebral serotonin signaling, easing depression and cognitive impairment with fewer sexual side effects than standard SSRIs.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 10mg once daily, oral administration with or without food.

Time: Long-term maintenance treatment guided by psychiatrist evaluation after emotional symptoms are fully relieved.

Interaction: Strictly avoid combined use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs); 14-day washout interval is required for drug switching to prevent serotonin syndrome.

Side effects: Transient mild nausea (mainly within the first 2 weeks of treatment), dizziness, abnormal dreams, diarrhea, constipation, pruritus and hyperhidrosis.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
