Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets (YueTing®) weakly inhibits reuptake of dopamine and norepinephrine, with almost no effect on serotonin. It alleviates nicotine withdrawal irritability, craving and depressive mood without obvious weight gain or sexual dysfunction side effects.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 150 mg once daily from days 1-3; 150 mg twice daily, interval ≥8 hours between two doses from days 4-7; 150 mg once or twice daily from day 8 onward.
Time: Continuous treatment for 7–12 weeks; extend course based on individual smoking withdrawal status. No fixed treatment cycle for mental illness indications.
Interaction: Forbid concurrent use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), 14-day washout interval required.
Side effects: Dry mouth, insomnia, dizziness, headache, nausea, anxiety, excessive sweating, tremor, palpitations.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
