- Mechanism: Covalent selective small molecule inhibitor irreversibly binds to mutant KRAS G12C protein, blocks downstream oncogenic signaling pathways and inhibits tumor cell proliferation.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed oral therapeutic dose twice daily.
Time: Twice daily oral administration during the whole treatment cycle.
Instructions for use: Take orally with water, administration is not affected by meals.
Interaction: CYP3A4 strong inhibitors and inducers will change drug exposure concentration, dose adjustment is required.
Side effects: Diarrhea, nausea, hepatotoxicity, fatigue, peripheral edema, musculoskeletal pain.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
