Indication & Scope
Lenvatinib Mesylate Capsules (Lenvima®) is potent multi-target TKI. It inhibits VEGFR1/2/3, FGFR, PDGFR, c-KIT and RET kinases, blocks tumor angiogenesis and malignant cell proliferation to suppress tumor progression.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Unresectable HCC: Weight＜60kg 8mg qd; weight≥60kg 12mg qd, continuous oral administration; Radioiodine-resistant DTC: 24mg once daily continuously; Combined therapy for RCC/endometrial cancer: Standard dose 20mg qd
Time: Take with or without food, swallow whole without opening capsules
Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers
Side effects: Hypertension, proteinuria, diarrhea, fatigue, hand-foot skin reaction, decreased appetite; severe risks: gastrointestinal perforation, fistula formation, hemorrhage, liver injury
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
