Description

Indication & Scope

Osimertinib Mesylate Tablets (Tagrisso®) is an irreversible third‑generation EGFR‑TKI. It potently inhibits EGFR sensitizing mutations (19del, L858R) and resistance mutation T790M, blocking downstream signaling to suppress lung cancer growth. It spares wild‑type EGFR and causes fewer adverse reactions.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Standard dose: 80mg oral once daily;Dose adjustment: Increase to 160mg qd when combined with strong CYP3A4 inducers; reduce to 40mg qd or discontinue permanently for severe adverse reactions;Administration: Swallow whole tablet with water, with or without food, do not crush or split

Time: Continuous administration until disease progression or intolerable toxicity for advanced tumors; adjuvant treatment lasts for 3 years

Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inducers and QT-prolonging agents; monitor toxicity when combined with CYP3A4 inhibitors and BCRP substrates

Side effects: Diarrhea, rash, dry skin, nail disorders, stomatitis, fatigue, leukopenia, neutropenia, musculoskeletal pain; severe risks include interstitial lung disease, QT interval prolongation, decreased LVEF

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
