Rituximab Injection (Halpryza®) is a chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds CD20 antigen on mature B lymphocytes, mediating B-cell lysis and depletion, reducing abnormal B cells and treating CD20-positive B-cell malignancies.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 375mg/m² body surface area, intravenous infusion, regimen varies by disease; premedicate with antipyretic, antihistamine and glucocorticoid to prevent infusion reactions
Time: Slow intravenous infusion; initial infusion over several hours with close monitoring, do not give as rapid IV push
Interaction: Increased risk of severe infection and myelosuppression with chemotherapy/immunosuppressants; monitor for hepatitis B reactivation
Side effects: Infusion-related reactions (fever, chills, hypotension), infections, myelosuppression, hepatitis B reactivation, interstitial lung disease, fatigue
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
