Bevacizumab Injection (AnKeDa®) specifically binds to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inhibiting VEGF-mediated angiogenesis, reducing tumor blood supply, suppressing tumor growth and metastasis.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Dosing varies by indication (e.g., 5mg/kg q2w or 7.5mg/kg q3w for metastatic colorectal cancer; 15mg/kg q3w for non-small cell lung cancer), administered by intravenous infusion under physician supervision, do not give as rapid IV push

 

Time: Infuse intravenously per official instructions; first infusion over 90 minutes, subsequent infusions may be shortened if tolerated

 

Interaction: Risk of enhanced adverse effects with other anti-angiogenic agents; avoid major surgery within 28 days before/after administration; monitor concurrent chemotherapy regimens

 

Side effects: Hypertension, proteinuria, bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation, arterial thromboembolism, wound healing complications, fatigue, diarrhea, infection, infusion reactions

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
