Indication & Scope
Tadalafil Tablets (AiTingWei®) is a specialized oral prescription drug for male sexual dysfunction. It effectively improves penile erection function and relieves lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia.
- Mechanism
It is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It elevates cGMP levels in penile cavernous smooth muscle, dilates blood vessels and increases local blood flow to maintain stable erection. It also relaxes prostate and bladder smooth muscle to alleviate BPH discomforts. - Drug class
Prescription chemical drug for male sexual dysfunction, belongs to long-acting PDE5 inhibitor. It is a first-line oral agent for erectile dysfunction and ED-complicated benign prostatic hyperplasia. - Clinical use
It features long half-life, stable efficacy and high tolerance. For on-demand use: take 10mg orally 30 minutes before sexual activity, max one dose within 24 hours. For daily maintenance: take 5mg at fixed time every day, independent of meals.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose:10mg orally 30 minutes prior to sexual activity, adjustable to 5mg or 20mg based on efficacy and tolerance. Daily use: 5mg orally once daily at fixed time. Max once within 24 hours.
Time: On-demand intake before sexual activity; daily dose can be taken at any fixed time regardless of meals.
Interaction: Strictly forbidden to combine with any nitrate drugs. Caution with alpha-blockers, antihypertensive drugs and alcohol, which may cause hypotension. Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors without medical advice.
Side effects: Common mild reactions: headache, flushing, dyspepsia, back pain, nasal congestion. Rare adverse reactions: blurred vision, tinnitus, hypotension. Extremely rare prolonged erection and severe cardiovascular reactions.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
