ROHTO® (Compound Aspartate, Vitamin B6 and Dipotassium Glycyrrhetate Eye Drops) is an over-the-counter ophthalmic medicine used to relieve eye fatigue and reduce conjunctival congestion.
- Mechanism: Aspartate and vitamin B6 support ocular metabolic processes; dipotassium glycyrrhetate provides anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects; naphazoline hydrochloride constricts ocular blood vessels to reduce congestion; chlorpheniramine maleate helps relieve allergic reactions; and neostigmine methylsulfate helps relieve ocular muscle fatigue.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Instill 1–2 drops into the eye(s), 4–6 times daily.
Time: Use the opened bottle within 4 weeks.
Instructions for use: For ophthalmic use only. Do not allow the bottle tip to touch the eye or hands. Close the bottle tightly after use. Use with caution in patients with angle-closure glaucoma. Stop use and seek medical attention if eye redness or pain occurs.
Interaction: Consult a physician or pharmacist before using with other medicines.
Side effects: Occasional eye irritation or allergic reactions may occur.
