LiKeAn® (Compound Ancklandia and Berberine Tablets) is an over-the-counter antidiarrheal medicine used for the treatment of intestinal infections and diarrhea.
- Mechanism: Berberine hydrochloride has antibacterial activity against susceptible intestinal pathogens. Aucklandia helps regulate gastrointestinal function and relieve abdominal discomfort, while Evodia is traditionally used to warm the gastrointestinal tract and relieve diarrhea.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 tablets orally, 3 times daily.
Time: 3 times daily.
Instructions for use: Do not use continuously for an extended period. If symptoms do not improve after 3–4 days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use the medicine under medical guidance. Patients with hemolytic anemia should not use this product.
Interaction: Tannin-containing traditional Chinese medicines may form poorly soluble complexes with berberine and reduce its efficacy.
Side effects: Occasional nausea, vomiting, rash, or drug fever may occur and generally resolve after discontinuation.
