Indication & Scope

YuFu® (Compound Camphor Cream) is an over-the-counter topical preparation used to relieve insect-bite dermatitis, eczema, itching, neurodermatitis, allergic dermatitis, papular urticaria, and related skin discomfort. It may also be used for scapular soreness, muscle pain, and skin pain following minor burns.

Mechanism: Camphor, menthol, and methyl salicylate provide local soothing, antipruritic, and analgesic effects; diphenhydramine provides antihistamine activity; chlorhexidine gluconate provides antiseptic activity; glycyrrhetinic acid provides anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects.
Drug class: Topical dermatological OTC preparation.
