BaiYunShan®/ZhongYi® BiShuShiPian clears heat, eliminates inflammation and unblocks nasal orifices, treats chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis to relieve sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal congestion and headache.
- Mechanism: Herbal ingredients clear nasal tract heat and reduce sinus swelling; chlorpheniramine maleate antihistamine blocks H1 receptors to suppress allergic nasal secretion, sneezing and congestion.
- Drug class: Compound OTC rhinitis treatment medicine (integrated herbal anti-inflammatory + antihistamine).

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 3 tablets each time, three times daily oral intake.
Time: Take after three daily meals.
Instructions for use: Swallow whole tablets with warm water; avoid driving or operating machinery post-administration due to antihistamine drowsiness risk.
Interaction: Concurrent use with sedatives or other antihistamines aggravates central nervous system inhibition.
