YiShuWei®/OuYi® Omeprazole Enteric Capsules inhibits gastric acid secretion, used for the treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis and acid regurgitation and heartburn symptoms.
- Mechanism: Selectively inhibits gastric parietal cell hydrogen-potassium ATPase (proton pump), blocks the final link of gastric acid secretion, and significantly reduces basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion.
- Drug class: Proton pump inhibitor (PPI).
- Clinical use: First-line clinical drug for digestive system diseases, used for standardized treatment of peptic ulcers and symptomatic relief of reflux esophagitis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 20 mg once daily for general symptoms; double dose can be used for severe duodenal ulcer as directed.
Time: Taken on an empty stomach in the morning once daily.
Instructions for use: Swallow the capsule whole with water, do not open or chew the enteric-coated capsule to avoid destroying the enteric-coated layer.
Interaction: Inhibits liver drug enzymes, which may increase the blood concentration of diazepam, warfarin and other drugs; avoid combined use with clopidogrel.
Side effects: Mild headache, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation; rare rash and liver function abnormality.
