E-Dou® (Clindamycin Hydrochloride Gel) is an OTC topical lincosamide antibiotic indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris.

Mechanism: Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, reducing the growth of Cutibacterium acnes and associated inflammation.
Drug Class: Topical lincosamide antibiotic.
Clinical Use: Topical treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily after cleansing and drying the skin.

Time: Morning and evening.
